Extreme Primitive Shoppe
This room features an extensive collection of cottage-style, shabby chic furnishings from vintage lace, florals, and chippy furniture to
simple farmhouse whites, burlap, and ironstone. In addition to dressers, moires, chairs, benches, beds, and desks, we have an ever-changing selection of vintage treasures, including quilts and linens, dishes, lamps, and jewelry.
Specializing in fine antiques from the 18th and 19th century, the Country Splendor Shoppe has a large and varying inventory of quality furniture and accessories for the country home. This room is also home to our Beach Cottage collection.
Kids will love choosing sweet treats from our old fashioned candy counter while grownups will find some of old time candies they remember as a kid. The patriotic theme of the room and love of red, white and blue inspires our collection of Americana, Civil War, WWI and WWII memorabilia and decor.
Retreat to a cabin the woods complete with rustic log furniture, lanterns, and buffalo plaid. This room offers all the essentials for an old-fashioned cabin vacation with everything from antique picnic baskets, tackle, and decoys to old Radio Flyers, snowshoes, and skis. Don’t forget some game boards for the chilly nights and a few woolen blankets and rugs.
The Schoolhouse Toy Shoppe contains the second-to-none collection of “Made in the USA” educational toys and games, including a line of Holgate Toys made right here in McKean county since 1789. Also sold are Wooly Willy's and Channel Craft items from Charleroi, PA. These are authentic American toys, games and puzzles that
are "Quality Crafted" right here in the U.S.A. for 30 years.
Our Hoosier cabinets, step-back cupboards, sideboards, and pantry are chock-full of necessities like churns, firkins, milk pails, rolling pins, cookie cutters, cast iron skillets, scales, presses, dinnerware, and table linens. Collectors will love our eclectic mix of salt and pepper shakers, baskets, tins, utensils, and enamelware. While you’re here, sample our homemade jams and jellies, local honey, and country cooking mixes!
Located on the first floor of the Olde Schoolhouse Village Shoppes, this privately owned store hosts a variety of whole, organic, & locally grown foods. There are gluten-free products, fresh produce, grass-fed beef, cookbooks, supplements, soaps, and lotions.
